Whole Heart Daily was founded by three wellness advocates with backgrounds in public health, psychology, and digital storytelling.

2019

Launched our flagship content series “Self-Care for Real People.”

2020

Expanded coverage to include mental wellness and launched our Community Voices series during the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021

Partnered with local wellness clinics and NGOs to promote free health education resources.

2022
